Business laptops, configured to order
Six laptops for desk-adjacent work: dual-screen models, a convertible, a slim counter machine and a triple-display option.
Read the full introduction
This collection covers the Vidar laptops we would put on a business desk rather than in a bag. That means dual-screen models for people who read one thing while writing another, a 360-degree convertible for meetings, a slim 14-inch machine for counters and back offices, and a triple-display laptop for work that genuinely needs three windows.
Every machine here is configured to order: memory and storage are chosen when the order is confirmed, and Vidar's published options bound what is possible. None of these laptops has a published port list, docking specification or service manual, so if a specific connector, dock or repair route is a requirement, say so on the enquiry and it becomes part of the quotation.

What separates these machines
- Choose by how many documents you need visible at once: one screen for linear work, two for reference-while-writing, three for monitoring.
- Pick the smallest screen that fits the desk. A 14-inch model is easier to site on a counter than a 15.6-inch one.
- Decide the memory ceiling first. If 32 GB or 64 GB is on the roadmap, that narrows the list immediately.
- Treat unpublished ports and battery figures as questions for the quote, not as details to assume.
- For fixed-position desks, the Slim 14 and Everyday 15 carry the lowest price bands; the dual-screen models cost more because they carry more panel.
Questions about business laptops
Can one laptop appear in more than one collection?
Yes. A dual-screen laptop can be relevant to business, home and student buyers, so it is listed in all three collections while keeping a single product page and a single canonical URL.
Do these laptops come with Windows pre-installed?
Most do: Windows 11 Pro or Windows 11 is stated for the dual-screen, convertible, slim, everyday and triple-screen models. The Flip 14 is the exception — its Vidar listing does not publish an operating system, so that is confirmed before order.
Can I standardise on one model across a team?
Yes, and that is the usual reason to buy configured-to-order hardware. Pick the model, fix the memory and storage tier, and order the same build for every desk. Keyboard language options are part of that specification.
Are docking stations or monitors included?
No. These are laptop-only listings; docks, monitors, keyboards and mice are separate purchases. Port availability is unpublished on most models, so confirm the connector you need for a dock on the quotation.
