The Vidar Forge 9 is the desktop in the range and the only machine built for sustained heavy work in one place: an Intel Core i9-13900K, 64 GB of DDR5 memory, a 2 TB SSD with an additional 1 TB or 4 TB hard disk, RGB liquid cooling and Wi-Fi 6E. The graphics card is chosen at order from RTX 4090, RTX 4060 or GTX 1660.
That spread of GPU options is deliberate: the same chassis can be a rendering and local-AI workstation at the top, a capable 3D and editing machine in the middle, or a general professional desktop at the bottom. Model D8 is Vidar's designation for the platform.
Two caveats. No price is published by Vidar for this machine, so it is quoted on request once the graphics card and storage are chosen. And Vidar publishes no motherboard, power-supply, dimension or warranty detail, so those are confirmed in writing rather than assumed from the component list.
For stationary work that needs many cores and a large GPU: rendering, simulation, local AI inference, video production and engineering analysis.
Vidar publishes no price for this workstation. The cost depends heavily on which graphics card is fitted, so it is quoted per configuration rather than shown as a headline figure.
The card you choose is the one specified on your quotation. Vidar lists three options and the exact model, memory size and power requirement are confirmed per build.
Vidar lists 8, 16, 32 and 64 GB memory options and storage from 128 GB to 2 TB plus a 1 TB or 4 TB hard disk. The 64 GB DDR5 and 2 TB SSD configuration shown is the headline build.
None is published by Vidar, so none is claimed here. Warranty terms are part of the quotation discussion, not a published feature of the product.
No monitor, keyboard or mouse is listed in the published configuration. It is a tower workstation; peripherals are separate.
