Delivery availability
Enter your delivery country, town or city and postal code at quote checkout. We confirm whether the selected configuration can be supplied to that destination. A country appearing in the form is not a promise of delivery coverage. Dispatch location, carrier and any restrictions are confirmed in the quote; we do not claim that every product ships from the UK or EU.
Costs, taxes and imports
The final quote identifies the goods, shipping cost, applicable tax and whether import VAT, customs duties, brokerage or other charges are included or payable by the recipient. We do not treat these charges as zero when they have not been established. Review the full total and delivery terms before accepting a purchase.
Delivery dates
Lead times and the delivery period are agreed before the purchase. Where EU consumer law applies and no different delivery time has been agreed, delivery is due without undue delay and ordinarily within 30 days of the contract. Statutory rights apply if an agreed or legally required delivery date is missed, including an appropriate additional period or termination where the relevant conditions are met. A quote request does not start an order or dispatch a product.
Damage, loss or wrong items
Where applicable consumer law places transport risk on the seller, that responsibility remains with us until you or your nominated recipient takes physical possession, subject to statutory exceptions such as an independently commissioned carrier. If a delivery is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact info@vidarpcs.com. Keeping packaging and photographs helps the investigation, but statutory remedies are not made dependent on a short carrier-notification deadline.
